Well, with Final Examinations occurring next week, this shall be the last update before summer commences. Best of luck to all on their respective exams.
To our Alumni: June 20 is our Alumni/Undergrad Golf Outing. Induction of summer associates shall commence thereafter. Ryan Revell, the Alumni Association chair for the Nu Lambda Board of Advisers, is handling the details of the event. Alumni, both older and more recent, are welcome to attend.
To our International and University Representatives: Thank you for your patience and respect this year. Fraters Bolton & Hines (Prytanis and Epi-Prytanis respectively) have many plans for the fall to keep this chapter alive and well.
To Miss Jana Head: Thank you for a wonderful year as our chapter sweetheart. You and your Gamma Phi Beta sisters are truly special in our hearts.
To our Active Brothers: Good luck with final exams, and have a safe summer. Wherever the winds of fortune may blow, you will always have our brotherhood. We shall see each other in August.

Changing of the Guard
Well, the transition is complete. All new officers have been duly installed, and the 2008-2009 school comes to a close. Frater Bolton has been meeting with his new executive board and planning for the upcoming year.
Since formal meeting was the highlight of the week, almost no news comes from our chairs, except Intramurals: The Tau Kappa Epsilon team is undefeated in volleyball at the season's conclusion.
As of this writing, the men of the Nu Lambda chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon are engaging in a summer rush, along with weekly cookouts every Friday in the summer months. The next official event is June 20th, after the undergrad-alumni golf outing. Induction of candidates will follow.
Congratulations to Fraters Ferber (467), Deardurff (469), and Gilliam (483). Although your time at TKE is at a close, you shall be remembered in our hearts and minds. Best of luck in your post-collegiate experiences.

Update!
Yo, its been awhile since I've updated this, just had a lot going on, so I'll get right to whats going on.
Our roof is done! Finally, since the storm that destroyed it, our roof is good as new again!
This Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm, the Neighboorhood Association will be doing a cleanup of the neighboorhood and we are going to be helping. If you would like to help as well, feel free to talk to them about helping. For members of TKE, this is a good chance to get your Philanthropy hours!
Elections are coming this Sunday, so cheer on those people that are running for office and TKE and good luck to those who are running!
This saturday, the TKEs are going to Paintball Paradise to pelt each other with paintballs and have a good time. Its going to be a blast.
Thats all for this week, check back next week for more of our shenanigans!
